We went to Rockingham Family New Year's Eve Celebration.

We went there around 9pm and it crowded with families, teens and tourists. Didn't stay long tho, so didn't get to see the firework..   :  ( Rockingham Family New Year's Eve Celebration Event Date 31 Dec 10 Event Location Churchill Park, Rockingham Foreshore Event Summary The City will once again host its annual New Year's Eve Celebration on the foreshore. A family friendly event  with stacks of fun and entertainment! Event Details As 2010 comes to a close, Churchill Park will come alive with free live music with Australian music rock legend DARYL BRAITHWAITE headlining this years event, supported by talented locals Matt Gresham and Ashlea Reale, as well as Freo locals Dilip and the Davs. Sideshow alley, rides, food stalls and a variety of family activities and entertainment will continue through the evening, concluding with some amazing fireworks. Pack a picnic, bring your friends and family to celebrate the beginning of 2011. A reminder to everyone that this event is ALCOHOL FREE. Railway Terrace Carpark and Rockingham Beach Road will have some road closures on the 31st December to allow for this event.
